When you book an appointment with us, we allocate a technician for you for that particular time slot. If you don’t show up for the appointment, the technician’s time will be wasted and other people may not be able to book an appointment anymore. Therefore, it is important for us to know if you will or will not show up for your appointment so that we can allocate the time slots and technicians according to our valued customers’ needs.
